How do I place an order? Visit our store, select the product you want, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure payment system.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online to guarantee the best prices and the widest selection.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in several regions (USA, Europe, and Asia) and ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days. You'll receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available on supported devices.
Can I change my order or address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it's processed. Contact supporter@epicaxi.com immediately if you need to make changes. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
What is your return policy? You have 7 days to return a product for buyer's remorse and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my delivery is late? First, check your tracking status. If the delay exceeds 12 business days, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
