EpicaXi Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy

At EpicaXi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.


Timeframes

  • Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Visible damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos/videos of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered misuse.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.


Once the quality review is approved, you may choose to:

  • Exchange for another item in stock.
  • Receive a refund of the product's value.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.


Warranty

All products carry a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. To activate it, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, including the original packaging and shipping label.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracks, scratches).
  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture.
  • Unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Natural wear and tear (oxidation, reduced battery life, etc.).
