Epicaxi Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Policy

At Epicaxi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return under the conditions below.


Timeframes

  • Product dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.
  • Manufacturing defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
  • Visible damage: For items like broken glass or missing parts, notify us within 24 hours after delivery, sending photos/videos of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered due to misuse.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified.


After quality analysis approval, you can choose to:

  • Exchange for another item in stock.
  • Receive a refund of the product value.

Note: Shipping costs are not refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.


Warranty

All products have a 30-day warranty from the receipt date. To activate it, send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, including the original packaging and shipping label.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage after purchase (cracks, scratches).
  • Damage caused by liquids or moisture.
  • Unauthorized repair attempts.
  • Natural wear (oxidation, battery charge reduction, etc.).
