SHIPPING POLICY

Epicaxi works with international production partners who ship directly to the address you provide at checkout. We keep prices low by shipping from our partners instead of holding expensive local inventory. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic marketplace — and why the price is what it is. If you need an item within a few days, we honestly recommend buying it locally.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive in 10 to 20 business days. The estimate shown on each product page is the one that applies to that item.
SHIPPING COST
Free shipping on every order, with no minimum, anywhere in the United States.
DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES
All applicable duties, tariffs and import fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout. Our shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the import charges are settled before your package leaves our partner's facility. You will never be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for a payment, do not pay it — contact us first at supporter@epicaxi.com and we will resolve it.
TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived 25 business days after shipping, contact us and we will either send it again or refund you in full. Your choice.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, we will resend it once at no cost to you.
