Shipping, delivery time & import duties

Shipping: $6.95 flat per order to the United States — free for active Epicaxi Club members, on every order, with no minimum.

Delivery: 10 to 20 business days. Your order ships directly from our production partners outside the United States, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order — and why the price is what it is. If you need it within a few days, please buy locally instead.

Import duties: the United States has ended the $800 duty-free exemption on imported parcels. Your order may be charged U.S. import duties and customs fees, which are not included in the price at checkout, are not collected by us, and are normally billed to you by the carrier before delivery.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

The nut is right there.
You just cannot get a tool on it.

You are lying on your back inside a cabinet, one arm behind the drain pipe, holding a flashlight in your teeth. Your adjustable wrench does not fit. Your channel locks slip. The nut is 8 inches up, in the dark, at an angle no normal tool was designed for.

🛡️ 30-day money-back guarantee. Try it on the job you have been putting off. If it does not get you onto that nut, we refund you in full.

Both ends of the GripMaster Pro wrench

😕 Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

  • You own four wrenches and none of them reach the faucet nut.
  • Your pliers rounded off the plastic nut and now nothing grips it at all.
  • You gave up and called a plumber for a 15-minute job — and paid the callout fee.
  • The basin wrench you bought only fits one size, and it was never that size.
  • You have skinned your knuckles on the cabinet frame more than once.

It is not that you lack skill. It is that the tool that fits that space does not live in a normal toolbox.

Wrench gripping a faucet nut under a sink

🚀 Introducing GripMaster Pro — Two Ends, Every Nut

One handle, a toothed curved jaw on each end. One side covers 23–27 mm, the other 34–40 mm — between them, almost every nut you will meet under a sink.

🔧 Two jaws, four sizes each
23–27 mm on one end, 34–40 mm on the other. Flip the tool instead of digging for another wrench.
🪨 Toothed grip that bites
The serrated curve holds round and plastic nuts that smooth jaws slide straight off — without chewing them up.
🔄 Works at awkward angles
The curved head reaches around pipes and up into cabinets where a straight wrench simply cannot go.
🛠️ Not just sinks
Drain nuts, shower arms, spark plugs, pipe fittings, valve bodies. It ends up living in the car as often as the toolbox.

✨ Your Before & After With GripMaster Pro

😕 Before 😊 After GripMaster Pro
Three wrenches on the floor, none of them fit One tool, flip it, done
Rounded-off nuts you now have to cut away Teeth that hold instead of slip
A plumber callout for a two-minute job Fixed before the coffee gets cold
Putting off the leaking faucet for another month The job you were dreading takes 10 minutes

🎯 GripMaster Pro Is Made For You If...

  • You fix things around the house yourself when you can.
  • You have a leaking faucet or a slow drain you keep postponing.
  • You rent out a property and handle the small repairs.
  • You work on your own car and know the spark-plug reach problem.
  • You want one tool that replaces three, not three that replace one.
  • You are buying for someone who says they have every tool already.

📊 GripMaster Pro vs. What Is In Your Toolbox

Adjustable wrench Channel locks GripMaster Pro
Reaches up behind the basin
Grips round and plastic nuts
Does not chew up the nut
Two size ranges in one tool
Works one-handed in the dark

🔧 How To Use It

1 Shut off the water at the valve under the sink.
2 Pick the end that matches your nut — 23–27 mm or 34–40 mm.
3 Slide the curved jaw over the nut and let the teeth seat.
4 Turn. Counter-clockwise to loosen, clockwise to tighten. Snug is enough — do not over-torque plastic.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Tap a question to open the answer.

Will it fit my faucet? +

Between the two ends it covers 23 to 27 mm and 34 to 40 mm, which is the range most household faucet, basin and drain nuts fall into. If yours is outside that, it will not fit — measure across the flats before you buy and we will save you the return.

Will the teeth damage a plastic nut? +

The teeth are made to seat into the ribs of a plastic nut rather than crush it, which is exactly why pliers fail here. Use steady pressure, not force, and stop as soon as it is snug.

I have never done plumbing. Can I use this? +

Yes — the hard part of these jobs is reaching the nut, not turning it. Shut off the water first, put a towel under the pipe, and work slowly. If you hit something you do not recognise, stop and call a plumber; a tool does not replace judgment.

What is the guarantee? +

30 days from delivery for everyone, 90 days for Pro and Elite members. If it is not right for you, email supporter@epicaxi.com and we refund you in full.

How long does shipping take, and will I be charged on delivery? +

Most orders arrive in 10 to 20 business days. All import duties are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so you will never be asked to pay the carrier anything on delivery.
