How you use it
1. Charge it over USB before the first use. About two hours and it's ready.
2. Wrap it around your waist with the heated panel over your lower belly and close the strap.
3. Wear it over a thin shirt rather than directly on bare skin.
4. Press the heat button and start on the first level. Give it two minutes before deciding to go higher.
5. Add the vibration with the second button whenever you want it, and step through the four levels.
6. Use it for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, then press the power button to switch it off and give your skin a break before the next session.

Using it safely
Wear it over clothing, in sessions of 20 to 30 minutes. This belt has no automatic shut-off, so switch it off yourself when you are finished and never fall asleep wearing it. The top level reaches 140°F, which is hot enough to mark the skin if it stays in one place for a long time.

How hot does it actually get? +
There are three settings and the display shows which one you are on: 122°F, 131°F and 140°F. The first one is a steady everyday warmth, the middle one is where most people stay, and the third is noticeably hot — wear it over a shirt at that level, not on bare skin.
Does it turn itself off? +
No — there is no automatic shut-off and no timer. It stays on until you press the power button or the battery runs out. We would rather tell you that plainly: use it in sessions of 20 to 30 minutes, switch it off yourself, and don't wear it to sleep.
How long does the battery last on one charge? +
The battery is 1800 mAh and gives you about 2 hours of use, which works out to roughly four to six sessions of 20 to 30 minutes. It runs longer on the first heat level and shorter on the third, like every heated product does. Recharging takes about two hours with any USB cable, including your phone's.
Can I wear it under my clothes at work? +
That is what it was made for. The panel is 7.3 x 3.1 inches and one inch thick, the strap is flat, and the whole thing weighs 5 oz — it sits under a sweater, a dress or a jacket without showing. It's quiet, it has no cord, and you control it with the buttons at your waist.

Yes. Heat and vibration are on separate buttons and work independently, and the vibration has four levels of intensity, from a soft hum to the strongest the motors give. Warmth on its own, vibration on its own, or both together — whatever feels best that day.
Can I wear it on my lower back too? +
Yes. Just turn the belt around so the heated panel sits over your lower back. Same warmth, same vibration, same cordless freedom — handy after a long day at a desk or behind the wheel.
How do I clean it? +
Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before the next use. Because there is electronics and a battery inside, it is not made for the washing machine.
